Annabelle is what you'd call a minion. She work for Finny, and she's his main minion, but he has a few others. She is very close to Finny, and they have some kind of relationship, which is more flirting then anything. She really does love him, however, but is afraid to do anything about it- in case it's just a game to him. 

Annabelle is very secretive, and not much is known about her past, except that she is exiled from a few cities in Tankie, the world that she occupies except when doing something for Finny.
